G spot expansion
The existence of the G spot has been proved. Its medical or surgical expansion allows to increase its stimulation and the pleasure involved. The G spot is an erectile tissue situated in the vagina, near the urethra (duct through which the urine passes from the bladder). Its name comes from the sexologist Ernest Gréfenberg, the first one to carry out a scientific study about female pleasure, in 1950. The G spot is situated on the anterior wall of the vagina, between 1 and 4 cm deep. It is a slightly rough surface of the size of a bean.
Its stimulation would cause an intense female orgasm. This area inside the vagina would correspond to the Skene's glands.
In most cases, the patients have sexual pleasure disorders and an insufficient vaginal pleasure.
The expansion should enhance orgasm stimulation. It is also a therapeutic option for patients who never experienced vaginal orgasm. However it is important to keep in mind that orgasm is multifactorial and that the psychogenic aspect is very important.
The expansion of the G spot with hyaluronic acid is the most common technique. It consists in injecting hyaluronic acid in the G spot area in order to raise its volume. This way, during penetration its surface has more relief and it stimulation will be enhanced.
Before the procedure
The procedure is not anodyne and must be carried out by a surgeon familiar with intimate surgery. Even if it is very rare, the risk of injury to a noble organ (urethra) exists and requires the surgeons' hands.
The procedure
The injection of hyaluronic acid in the G spot area is carried out in the surgery.
It is performed after a topical anaesthesia with an anaesthetic cream.
Hyaluronic acid is injected directly in the G spot area, defined with a palpation during the consultation.
The patient is in lithotomy position and a speculum is inserted into the vagina. Performed in the G spot, the injection lasts 10 minutes.
After the procedure
Sexual intercourse is advised against during 12 hours after the operation. A tingling sensation may occur in the 24 hours after the injections. Every physical activity is immediately possible.
You will leave the surgery after the injection. The result is immediate and the anaesthesia disappears within a few hours. The bulge of the G spot inside the vagina is palpable.
The effect lasts about 8 months.
