Flat cheekbone surgery by centrofacial lifting
Centrofacial lifting aims at correcting the unsightly aspects caused by the aging of the central part of the face by repositioning the sagging volumes.
Centrofacial lift treats the lower eyelids, deep under eye circles and the cheek bones. It allows to raise the sagging cheekbones et to fill dark under-eye circle (also called tear trough).
During this procedure, the structures are raised in a vertical axis. Cheekbones are repositioned by a vertical suspension with strands, fixed to the bone edges of the orbit.
Centrofacial lifting scars are situated in the lower eyelid, under the eyelashes, and extend in the crow's feet for 1 cm in an oblique line.
